Custom-made items and loose stones are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process:

Please contact us at service@sparkiajewelry.com to initiate a return (if applicable). Kindly include your order number, product name, and reason for your request. We will review and respond promptly.

If a return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds:

All approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is confirmed to be unused and undamaged, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
